Our history :
I am Louis, the chief creator of Corkscrews Island and robotics engineer based in Montreal. My team, made up of engineers and teachers, imagined this project to share its passion for engineering and science with young and old curious people of this world.
I had the chance to attend the best schools and the best employers in the world and I wanted to give the opportunity to our little ones to live my experience in my own way.
The goal is not to convert all young people into engineers, but to teach them to learn.
In my opinion, knowing how to learn is the most important skill in the world!
The learning experience:
Corkscrews Island is an interactive learning experience in 3 parts:
An immersive story, technical discoveries and assembly prototypes.
Subscribers will receive a box with a unique robot or machine to understand and assemble each month. They will also find a booklet containing the story immersing them in the adventures of Corkscrews Island, as well as instructions and technical instructions. They will therefore be taken to travel through this mysterious island, filled with scientific and technological challenges, where each invention created will allow them to solve a problem and move forward in their quest.
